How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

We're honored that you have selected US Water Rescue LLC for your diving equipment needs. US Water Rescue’s Satisfaction Guarantee means you don't have to worry when you order from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with anything you buy from us simply return it within 20 days for a prompt exchange or refund.  This guarantee excludes made to measure, made to order items, and custom made items.

No restocking fee, just great customer service -- the kind you would expect from the very best companies.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, US Water Rescue will happily exchange the item or refund the purchase price. This guarantee does not apply to custom items such as made to order or made to measure, all of which are not returnable, unless there is a factory defect. Returnable items must be sent back within 20 days from the date your order is received and must be in new, unused, resalable condition. Shipping cost associated with returns would be your responsibility.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are not refundable. No credit is given for lost packages. Nonreturnable items sent back to us will not be returned to you, and no exchange, credit or refund will be issued.

Shipping charges are only refundable if:
We made an error on your order.
There is damage to your order in shipping

If an item must be returned due to our error, please contact Customer Service at (406) 591-4649 Monday through Thursday, between 9a.m. and 5 p.m. MST so that we may assist you in processing the return.

To make a return, please follow these easy instructions:
1. Complete the return form on the back of your original packing slip. If you don’t have your packing slip or a return form was not included, enclose a note with your order number, name, address, phone number, a brief reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or a credit. All exchanges are subject to availability.
2. Attach the return label (also found on the original packing slip) to your package. If you are reusing a box, cover all previous labels and markings with heavy black marker or adhesive labels. When packaging your return, please make sure to put the actual product box or container into another box. Writing directly on the product packaging will damage the item and it will not be able to be resold, and therefore we will not accept such items. We are unable to issue any exchanges, credits or refunds for items that we consider damaged. If you do not have the original return label, address your package to:

3. Remember to include your return address on the outside of your package. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address clearly marked on the outside will be destroyed, and US Water Rescue will not replace the contents.
When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
