The Poseidon Xstream Duration First Stage Regulator is engineered for technical, military, public safety, commercial, and oxygen-compatible diving applications where reliability is essential. Its balanced diaphragm design, patented ruby ball valve technology, and Thermo Dynamic Antifreeze (TDA) protection provide exceptionally smooth breathing and dependable performance in demanding environments. The Duration model is oxygen-cleaned from the factory and designed for advanced technical diving systems. Available from U.S. Water Rescue, an authorized Poseidon dealer and certified Poseidon service center.

A patented ruby ball seal is automatically positioned by the floating seat which balances any upstream pressure equally with the pressure adjustment spring, maintaining the benefits of having a perfect ball as the sealing element without the risks that follow with incorrect sealing pressures. This makes the Xstream Range self-balancing, giving the same high performance, irrespective of the pressure in the cylinder.

The Xstream range also incorporates Thermo Dynamic Antifreeze (TDA) protection into its design. The TDA (Thermo Dynamic Antifreeze) ensures that the through-flowing water keeps the ice away, entirely without fluids or extra diaphragms.
